"Organizational Strategy for Performance and Growth"

John Roberts, John H. Scully Professor of Economics, Strategic Management, and International Business, Stanford University

Based on his recent book, "The Modern Firm," John Roberts outlines some fundamental concepts and tools that are useful in putting together a winning organization --- one that can deliver on the strategy. Drawing on examples of actual firms, he illustrates how the organizational design can be adapted to different strategies and business environments.
