The Graduate School of Business Library at Stanford reflects the 21st century’s digital innovation with a wide variety of electronic books and journals, and a full spectrum of databases. As the intellectual center of the Stanford Business School, the Library supports the teaching and research activities of the School. The effective delivery of research information and services to faculty and students contributes to the, entrepreneurial and financial success of academics and graduates of the Graduate School of Business.TheLibraryis at the forefront of efforts among academic business libraries to harness technology to deliver personalized, customizable information to student and faculty anywhere in the world.

Business Library Hours

Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Business Databases - the GSB Library provides a portal to 95+ databases, including premier financial databases (such as Bloomberg and datastream), analyst reports, market research databases, and more.
• Business FAQ - A quick and easy tool that will point you to the best resources to answer your question.
• FastJack: theLibrary Toolbar - unique among academic libraries, it provides direct customizable access to all the major resources of the Library
• Research Guides - topical guides to resources found both in the Library collections and on the Web
• Browse - current popular business books and periodicals from our collection

   

Collaboration

• Study Space - the library, located in the Bass Center, has ample study space for both individuals and study groups. Our comfortable seating and wide tables make collaborative group work easy and convenient
• Computers - computer lab located on the second floor of the Bass Center

• i-Desk - first stop for general questions and research help as you come into the library
• Ask a Librarian - research consultation and customized help is available to all students on their timetable
• One-on-one - schedule a personal consultation with a librarian to work with your specific project by sending a message to ask a librarian or calling (650) 723-2163
