FastJack : My Library Toolbar

FastJack gives you quick access to popular Jackson Library and GSB resources.  Its customizable feature allows you to choose the buttons and drop-down menus to suit your needs. To customize the toolbar, simply select "Customize My Toolbar" from the drop-down menu under the FastJack button.

Keyword search in the Jackson Library Catalog.

Access Jackson Catalog, Socrates, Course Reserve, and My Library Record.

Find databases by title or topic; quick links to individual databases.

 Access eJournals, such as Business Week, Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, etc.

 Get advice from the "Where can I find ..." FAQ database; Access Hot Topics, Class Guides, Research Guides, and Database Guides; Submit your request to Faculty Research Service, Document Delivery, and InterLibrary Loan.  Any questions? Select "Ask a Librarian".

Login MyGSB, CourseWork, WebApps, Axess, and other popular GSB sites.

    

Updating My Toolbar:

  • The latest version will always be posted on this page.  To check for the latest version and update your toolbar, please visit this page, and click on the download link to proceed with installation of the new toolbar.
  • Once in a while, you may receive an update alert while opening your browser.  This is to inform you a new version of the toolbar is available. Simply click on "YES" to update the toolbar.  Then, close all your browser windows and reopen your browser. 
  • If you do not wish to receive these update alerts, you may turn off the alert feature from "Customize My Toolbar" under the FastJack button.

Re-installing / Uninstalling my toolbar:

  • To re-install your toolbar, click on the download link on this page, and proceed with the installation.
      
  • To uninstall the toolbar, select 'Uninstall Toolbar' from the drop-down menu under the FastJack button.
