Office Space
Staff space, conference rooms, and a flexible working environment will be located on the second and third floors of most buildings. Closed offices will primarily populate the south edge of each building, giving the open work environments more access to natural light.
Natural Ventilation
The temperate California climate enables us to be innovative in the design of our heating and cooling systems. We will rely on mild outside air for ventilation and chilled beam technology to heat and cool the space, using considerably less energy than a standard office building.
