Flexible Spaces More variety and types of classrooms are a much-needed resource for the GSB as the School pioneers new ways of teaching and learning. Whether a team breakout room for six, a seminar room for 15 or 40, or a tiered lecture hall for 66, each room will have more space per person than our existing classrooms to better enable dialogue and collaboration.
Customizable Configurations
Flat classrooms will accommodate various group sizes through the use of flexible table configurations, making the room’s dimensions appropriate to the number of people using it.
New Technology Integration
Each classroom will contain sophisticated technology which may include dual and/or triple projection, touch panel-based systems for audiovisual devices, flat-panel displays, cameras for capturing video of sessions, and tablet computers.
Natural light
Embracing the California climate, each classroom will have natural light permeating the space.
