Printing

Consider emailing or downloading your work instead of printing it. Printing is provided for 10¢ a page to visitors. Credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. We do not accept cash, checks, or gift cards.

There is no charge for Stanford GSB faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

Scanning

Easy Book Scanner
An easy scanner is available at the library i-Desk for you to use free of charge.

It can convert your book pages or documents (with pages up to 11x17”) to PDF, searchable PDF, Word, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and audio file formats. Scanned files can be sent to your Google Drive, Dropbox, email, Smartphone, or USB drive.

Photocopying

A self-service photocopy machine is available on the lower level of the library. The copier accepts coins and bills, and gives change. Copies are 10¢ per page.

Additional photocopying services are available in the Stanford GSB Copy Center, room N006 in the basement of the North Building. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm.
