Tad Glauthier completed his MBA at Stanford in 2002, and has been coaching at the GSB each year since then. Tad is a founding member of Powergetics, a San Francisco-based company in the energy storage and smart grid sector. He currently serves as its Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Product.

Prior to business school, Tad worked at BCG, and after that went on to help found Spark Creative Consulting. Spark uses interactive communication skills-based workshops to improve the productivity and performance of teams. His clients included BCG, McKinsey and Company, Clorox, and Motorola.

Tad has earned two degrees from Stanford (BA English '94, MBA 2002) and he advises several start-ups in the Bay Area.
