Will Hanson has been in the production industry for the past 10 years. He has worked on projects taking him around the globe working for corporate clients that include EMC RSA, Broadcom, Cisco, Google, Open Stack and Open Compute Project, just to name a few.

In early 2008, Will founded WAVEntertainment, a production company that handles all technology aspects of live events. WAVEntertainment ensures that all the audio, video, lighting, and technology for an event is flawless. In recent projects WAVEntertainment has fine-tuned the post production workflow of filming the event in HD video, editing the footage to incorporate the branding of the event, and finally integrating the footage into the client's website for greater distribution of show content. Events range from product launches, unveils, corporate training, meetings, trade shows, and pretty much anything else where the technology has to be perfect for a successful show.

While working with the Master in Communication Initiative Will has served as the webmaster and video editor for the Mastery Virtual Library. He has also has developed the interface for the LOWKeynotes video library which also appears on the Stanford YouTube channel.
