Roger Manix
Roger Manix is a recurring guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has also taught his workshop at the Stern School at NYU. He has recently been invited by Parsons The New School for Design to begin teaching his workshops.
Roger is an adjunct professor at Brooklyn College where he teaches acting and movement within the BFA in Acting Program. At Brooklyn College, he has developed a class called "Anatomical Storytelling," whereby the students gain a deeper understanding of the body as a nuanced communicator. Roger is on the faculty of The Professional Performing Arts High School in New York City where he teaches both ensemble training and acting. Roger chairs the acting program at The School of Cinema and Performing Arts. There he is responsible for curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and teaching a wide range of courses.
Roger has been a private acting coach for 11 years, and has appeared on television and in the theater. He brings his workshop in to companies to increase innovation, promote collaboration, and strengthen social dynamics.
