Prior to starting his coaching practice, Eric served for nearly 15 years as a minister, leader, and business executive in a Bay Area church with a membership of over 400. He brings deep expertise in helping clients create effective presentations and navigate essential leadership issues. Eric also speaks Mandarin and has a background in linguistics, making him uniquely suited to work with Chinese executives who are doing business in an English speaking context.
