The CAT Writing Program employs a coaching model to help students master the foundational design and engagement elements of leadership communication that is read, understood, and remembered.

A unique partnership between student, professor, and coach, the program's heartbeat is the CAT Coaching Team. This elite group of communicators brings management, leadership, change and consulting perspectives together with writing and academic experience to offer unparalleled individual and team coaching.

A popular series of communication seminars, co-taught by the program's creators JD Schramm and Mary Lang, round out the program and offer deeper insight into leadership communication.
