Partnering with Stanford GSB to conduct on-campus interviews provides companies with increased visibility and logistical support throughout the recruiting process.
Your Recruiting Relationship Manager will work with you to manage all aspects of the planning process from room reservations to student scheduling, and day of operations.
To submit an on-campus interview request please log into our CareerHub. We will do our best to accommodate one of your three top choices given our interview space constraints.
Dates and Times
Fall: Full-time (MBA2, MSx)
Week one: Mon., October 15 – Thu., October 18, 2018
Week two: Mon., October 22 – Thu., October 25, 2018
Week one and two: Mon., January 14 - Thu., January 24, 2019
On-campus recruiting interviews may occur anytime between from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All efforts will be made to ensure your interviews occur between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Full-time interview schedules will not contain slots open to bidders.
Internship (winter) interviews are open for bidding. If you prefer a 100% closed schedule, you must interview off-campus. For full-time (fall) interviews, bidding is no longer a component of the process. Full-time employers are able to close list 100% of their interview schedule. Please contact your Recruiting Relationship Manager if you have any questions about bidding or structuring your interview schedule.
**Back-to-back schedules are appropriate when you want each student to have two interviews, one after the other, with two different recruiters. These schedules must be requested when your original date request is submitted.
We realize not all organizations are able to predict their hiring needs in fall or early winter, or additional hiring needs may surface later in the academic year. Whatever your situation, we are here to help. This program allows employers to use Stanford GSB space to interview for “Just in Time” opportunities.
After January, we are still able to host a form of on-campus interviews. Reservations are first-come, first-serve and limited to one day and two rooms. Employers are responsible for scheduling and cannot require or pressure students to miss class. If your organization is interested, contact your Recruiting Relationship Manager.
