The GSB Nonprofit/Public Sector Loan Forgiveness Program is one of the most generous loan forgiveness programs among US business schools. For more information, see the GSB's official Nonprofit/Public Sector Loan Forgiveness page in the Financial Aid Web site.
Nonprofit/Public Sector Loan Forgiveness Program
Graduates who accept qualifying government or nonprofit positions (both in the U.S. and internationally) may be eligible for a unique loan forgiveness program that substantially reduces their MBA financial obligation. Stanford MBA graduates working in the nonprofit and public sectors are eligible to have up to 100 percent of their debt repayments forgiven for that year. Graduates may apply at any time during their career while they are still repaying loans, and there is no limit on the number of years you can qualify for the program.
