Advertising Policy

Unless otherwise specifically noted, this policy applies to both the Stanford Business School website and all School publications.

Stanford Business School does not accept or permit advertisements on its website or in its printed publications, nor shall those media be used to transmit commercial or personal advertisements, solicitations, or promotions.

Stanford Business School will, on occasion, list names of corporate sponsors and donors. If a sponsor's corporate logo, name, or trademark is used on the Stanford Business School website it must include the appropriate legal copyright or trademark notification.

Stanford Business School will not link to corporate websites or provide addresses or phone information, except when the reference is pertinent to a press release or magazine article, or relevant to a School-sponsored activity.

Stanford Business School will cite by name any author, photographer, or artist with whom we have contracted to produce articles, photos, or artwork. Usage rights will be negotiated at the time of the contract. Stanford Business School will cite designers or printers in printed publications, but not on the website.
