Research Statement
I study employee health and well-being, its effects on business and society, and its network interventions.
My work integrated organization theory with organizational behavior. It received a R&R from the Administrative Science Quarterly and won a Best Student Paper award from the Academy of Management. My work also used field experiments to inform evidence-based management. It was cited by the World Health Organization and the UK Government and was covered by the Wall Street Journal.
