Breaking Corporate Boundaries with Large-Scale Lean

This half-day executive roundtable brought together over 40 top supply chain executives to discuss how leading companies are taking Lean techniques across their corporate borders—to the ends of their global supply chains—with impressive results.
During the event, our speakers and panelists addressed effective ways to:

- Minimize the bullwhip effect
- Reduce working capital through increased efficiency
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain performance
