Breaking Corporate Boundaries with Large-Scale Lean

Executive Roundtable
Stanford University • Feb 03, 2009

This half-day executive roundtable brought together over 40 top supply chain executives to discuss how leading companies are taking Lean techniques across their corporate borders—to the ends of their global supply chains—with impressive results.

During the event, our speakers and panelists addressed effective ways to:

  • Use Lean concepts to sharpen visibility and demand/supply balance
  • Minimize the bullwhip effect
  • Reduce working capital through increased efficiency
  • Optimize end-to-end supply chain performance
  • Fully align supply chain partners

This event was co-hosted by the Forum, PRTM and Cisco Systems.
