Cancellation, Refund, Transfer Policy
Because we incur certain expenses prior to the conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:- Cancellations postmarked or emailed by March 19, 2010 will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.
- All cancellations must be received in writing or by email.
- Sorry, no refunds of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after March 19, 2010.
- Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee if written notice is received 72 hours prior to the start of the conference.
- No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
