In today's business environment, I think it's important to remember that innovative ideas, best practices, and opportunities for learning exist in all industries and businesses of all sizes. The Sloan Program has allowed me not only to study businesses and practices outside our industry but has given me life long relationships with my fellow Sloans who work in those industries. I'll be able to leverage my "outside industry" learning for the rest of my career and create value for BP which none of our competitors can match!
