My experience this past year has been life-changing. I have grown personally and professionally. After spending 15 years working for Ford Motor Company I have found the opportunity of a lifetime—deepen my analytical skills, analyze cases from a variety of industries, and build a life long network with top talent from around the world. I have strengthened my business acumen and gained confidence in my leadership abilities. It is rare in my work experience to find time to reflect and really think about where you are headed and what you want out of life. My fellow Sloans provide ongoing support, friendship, and critical feedback that I will never forget.

The experience has also been rewarding for my family. My daughters, ages six and nine, have met wonderful friends. The activities that are planned for the kids, especially the international nights, have been a great way for my children to experience first hand the ethnic diversity of the world. They now have a great interest and appreciation for different cultures and customs. My six-year-old is speaking fluent Spanish! This year has been terrific for all of us!
