One of my main take-aways from the Sloan experience was the tremendous exposure to Silicon Valley, entrepreneurship, and technology. With Stanford's strategic location and central role in the development of Silicon Valley, the Sloan Program offers countless opportunities to meet key industry leaders and entrepreneurs, visit leading-edge companies, and attend high-tech business forums. When I returned to my organization, I was well equipped to introduce a more entrepreneurial and rapid approach to new product development. The impact of my Sloan experience on the success of iLogistix in the market- place has been substantial.
