U.S. Work Authorization

The Career Management Center offers the following programs and resources to help you navigate the visa options for working in the United States beyond your graduation.

Workshops

Attend any of the U.S. work authorization workshops on campus to get an overview of visa options and the timeline beyond your student status — including immigrant investor categories — from an immigration attorney. If you are unable to attend a session, you may view a video upon request.

Immigration Attorneys

Stanford GSB can connect you with an immigration lawyer for a complimentary consultation and guidance about your specific situation.

Online Resources

The Career Management Center provides resources to help you learn about U.S. employment visa options and explain the process to a prospective U.S. employer.
