Catha is a principal at Radicle Impact Partners, an early-stage venture fund focused on sustainable food, clean energy, and responsible financial services sectors. She is a director on the boards of Aclima, LendStreet, and Local Bushel.
Since graduating from the Stanford MBA Program, Catha also worked at Personal Capital, where she led the company’s partnership and business development efforts. Before Stanford, she worked in investment banking and private equity.
Catha has served as a class agent for the Stanford MBA Class of 2013 and as a volunteer for Princeton Annual Giving. In addition, Catha is a mentor for Oakland-based Inner City Advisors, a Steering Committee member for Women Leading the Way in Impact Investing, and the 2007 Class Coordinator for Friends of Princeton Track. While at Stanford, Catha trained for and competed in 2012 Olympic Trials in the marathon and launched a company, Farm to Cup.
Catha and her husband, Erik, live in San Francisco with their son, Griffin. Erik, who is from Alberta, Canada, has a BS from McGill University and an MBA from Harvard Business School and works as an investor at TPG Global. They enjoy running, hiking, and skiing in beautiful Northern California.
