I’m a founding partner of Triangle Peak Partners, a venture capital firm. Since graduating from the GSB, I’ve worked in investment management and venture investing, first at Fayez Sarofim & Co. in Houston before starting my own firm. I’ve invested mostly in high tech but also a bit in financial services and energy.
I was the head agent for my GSB class post our 5th reunion until our 10th. I’ve participated in a host of GSB activities over the years, both on campus and off. Aside from volunteering for the GSB, I’ve been heavily involved with Williams College, where I served as chair of the Alumni Fund from 2013 to 2015 as well as head of my class for 6 years, head of my 20th and 25th reunions, and now as class secretary and a member of the Parents Fund. I’ve served on various boards and charities over the years, but a lot of my current time (aside from Williams) is spent volunteering for Troop 55 of the Boy Scouts of America.
I’m widowed (I know, too young, but my wife, Sarah, was my SO at the GSB, where we got engaged and married two weeks after graduation) with lovely sons Jacob (21, a rising senior at Williams College) and Ethan (18, a rising first-year at Yale). We oscillate between wearing our Tree gear and our Purple Cow gear, and now, I guess, Bulldog Blue. Among my closest friends are some from the GSB, people I talk to weekly and see as often as travel permits. I’m so looking forward to my GSB 25th reunion in 2019.
