Patrick is a consultant in the New York office of HPS Investment Partners, a credit-focused private equity firm, where he focuses on developing the firm’s commercial real estate investing strategy. Previously, he was the chief operating officer of Kushner Companies, the New York City real estate development firm, and prior to that worked in real estate acquisitions at Vornado. Patrick started his career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division and later in the firm’s Special Situations Group.
Patrick was a chair for the 10th reunion. He also served as a volunteer for the GSB Class of 2006 5th reunion fundraising campaign and as the co-chair of the GSB Class of 2006 Class Gift Campaign, which was the first to generate a participation rate of greater than 95%. He has also served as a GSB admissions interviewer and a class agent.
Patrick and his husband, CJ, live in New York City with their Great Dane, Hamlet, who drags them to Central Park every weekend. CJ is a native of Cincinnati and moved to New York seven years ago. He also works in commercial real estate, as a regional property manager for the Bozzuto Group for their properties in New Rochelle, New York.
