Ricardo is the EVP and CFO of The Brock Group, a $1.5B private equity-sponsored company and leader of industrial maintenance and capital project solutions for critical energy infrastructure and industrial processing facilities such as refineries and petrochemical and power generation plants, with operations in the United States and Canada.
Prior to Brock, Ricardo was the CFO of EnTrans International, a private equity-sponsored company and global leader in manufacturing of aluminum and stainless steel tank trailers and oil and gas exploration equipment, with operations in North and South America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. During his tenure at EnTrans, the company expanded into Saudi Arabia and South America, merged with its largest competitor, and opened a 360,000-square-foot facility in Juárez, Mexico.
Ricardo worked 16 years for Honeywell International in various leadership positions in business development, finance, and operations. Locations included Europe, Mexico, and the United States, for both the automotive and aerospace business segments. Ricardo was the CFO of Turbo Technologies Americas and senior director of global operations for the $1B commercial vehicles business.
Ricardo has volunteered regularly at Stanford GSB. He has been part of the BSF Council since 2015 and is excited to be the chair for the 2019-2021 cycle. He has been a mentor for students, a class agent for both reunion and non-reunion campaigns, and a judge for the Executive Challenge. Happily married for 24 years, Ricardo and his wife, Gina, were both born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and have appreciated the opportunity of knowing other cities around the world. They currently live in Scottsdale, Arizona, and have enjoyed raising their five children: Maria (23), Ricardo (21), Leticia (18), Viviana (16), and Penelope (8).
