Tricia is a managing partner and the COO of Accord Group Holdings LLC, which provides capital solutions and financial advisory services to the real estate private equity industry. Since graduating from the GSB, Tricia has primarily spent her time in investment banking, capital raising, and investment management. In addition to Accord, her career includes roles with Pacific Urban Residential (a multifamily investor and operator), Macquarie Capital, Compass Equity Advisors (a fund- of-funds platform), Presidio Partners (a placement firm), and Lehman Brothers.
In addition to serving on the BSF Council, Tricia is a class agent for the GSB Class of 2000. She is also a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council (SREC). Other affiliations include Phi Beta Kappa, Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE), and other real estate-related groups.
Tricia and her husband, Troy, have a 12-year-old son, Julius. Troy and Julius both feel an affinity for Stanford, having lived in the Palo Alto area for a couple of years before the family moved elsewhere in the SF Bay Area. Troy, who is from New York, graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently on an entrepreneurial pursuit with his brother.
