B. Howard Pearson, ’76, is a development legal counsel and lecturer at Stanford Law School where he teaches Trusts and Estates and Estate Planning. He joined the firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP where he was an associate and partner in the field of estate planning for fifteen years before joining Stanford in 1995. Pearson has served regularly on panels and committees of the American, State and local Bar Associations and the Practicing Law Institute and is co-editor of California Probate Practice, Matthew Bender.
