Page CT

One of the most basic content types is the page. Only section managers can create new pages.

In the Stanford GSB website there are a number of different page layouts. Each layout divides the page into regions, defined areas where content can be placed. Basic regions include: header, footer, content, left sidebar, and right sidebar. When you create a new page you start with a default layout. This can be changed by selecting “change layout” when in edit mode.

Page Layout Options

GSB Landing Standard Page One

This is the basic, or default layout. Most GSB pages use this format.

GSB Standard Page Two

This is a simple page layout with two regions: a large area for content in the main body and a single, narrow column in the right sidebar.

GSB No Sidebar

This is a simple page layout with a single region for content. The right sidebar is eliminated.

GSB Full Bleed Home Page

This layout is used to display content on a section landing page. The Executive Education homepage is an example of this layout.

GSB Full Bleed Page

This layout is used in the Executive Education section with the program sub-pages: Curriculum, Faculty, and Participant Profile.

GSB Event Landing

This layout is used to display upcoming events on the landing page of the Events section.

GSB Insights A

This layout is used to display news items on the Insights section homepage.

GSB Insights B

This layout is used to display news items on a topic page in the Insights section.

GSB Insights C

This layout is also used to display news items on a topic page in the Insights section. It has fewer regions than the GSB Insights B layout.

GSB Program Finder

This layout is used for the landing page of The Programs section and for the programs listing in the Executive Education section .
