Ambarish is a Ram and Vijay Shriram Data Science Fellow at Stanford Data Science, advised by Professor Guido Imbens at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a Postdoctoral Affiliate with the Stanford Department of Economics, Stanford GSB, and the Stanford Causal Science Center. Ambarish’s research focuses on developing statistical theory and methods for causal inference in randomized experiments and observational studies, with applications to problems in the social and medical sciences. He received his PhD in Statistics from Harvard University in 2022.
