P. R. “Guns” Ganapathy has spent the last seven years finding, funding, and mentoring social entrepreneurs. He has also worked on building the social enterprise ecosystem through various forums, committees, and speaking engagements. Guns is a cofounder of Haqdarshak, a social enterprise that helps needy citizens discover, apply for, and benefit from government and private schemes.

He earlier cofounded a venture-funded start-up in the U.S., ran a small business in India, and held leadership positions at large corporations, such as Infosys and the Tata group, in India and the U.S.

Guns has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and an honors degree in mathematics from Hindu College.
