To celebrate the legacy of the political economics program, we seek to bring together all alumni of the program, as well as friends of the program, broadly defined, to present and discuss a collection of papers that represent the diverse range of scholarship produced by scholars who have interacted with and/or been trained by the political economics faculty at Stanford GSB.
The conference is intended to be a time of celebration and reflection, a re-acquaintance of old friends, and an opportunity for interaction across generations of GSB students with long-time friends and supporters of the Political Economy program and its mission.
The conference will begin with a lunch on Friday, June 22, followed by a series of paper presentations and a celebratory dinner. Additional papers will be presented and discussed on Saturday. The formal program will conclude around 5:00pm, with an informal dinner for those participants who are staying in the Bay Area that evening.
