Daniel leads the systems engineering and technical management of a 2.3 billion portfolio at the U.S. Special Operations Command in the Program Executive Office for Fixed Wing Aircraft. He develops and implements a cutting-edge approach to cybersecurity testing for aircraft weapon systems; coordinates cross-cutting, technical integration efforts to merge capabilities from several major acquisition programs; and crafts the research and engineering roadmap for complex product lines. Daniel was the 2017 Department of Defense USD(AT&L) Engineer of the Year. He previously directed the Aircraft Mission Equipment portfolio and managed Unmanned Aircraft Systems acquisitions.
