Sebastián is the entrepreneurship director of San Sebastián University, the third-largest university in Chile, where he also leads the business incubator and teaches entrepreneurship and innovation to third-year university students. In 2015, Sebastián organized the biggest high school entrepreneurship contest in Chilean history. He has developed several social enterprises and innovation projects, such as Ikuna, a marketplace for low-income latin American artisans, and Puentek, which delivers technology workshops to underprivileged youth. Previously, he worked in the initial stages of the multinational NGO “Techo” and for LATAM airlines group, where he was the leader of the digital merger between LAN and TAM airlines. He is the winner of the “Start-up Chile” fund, the “Gifted Citizens” prize (Puebla, México) and the “Top 100 Educational Innovations” recognition by the Telefónica Foundation, among others.
