Xochitl leads growth at Unitive, a software company that combines data and human insights to disrupt unconscious bias in the hiring process. She spent 15 years driving business transformation at Cisco, where she managed a US $1 billion investment portfolio and led expansion into 26 emerging markets, resulting in 30% year-over-year growth. Xochitl previously served in leadership positions in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, holding roles in product and portfolio management. As one of the first in her family to graduate from college, Xochitl is passionate about helping at-risk youth overcome the social and economic pressures that prevent them from pursuing higher education. She founded Latino X-Roads, a nonprofit that inspires at-risk youth to follow their dreams to college and beyond.
