André has more than 10 years of experience in the heavy construction industry. He began his career as a designer at Themag Engenharia. Then he spent 10 years in the business development department of Andrade Gutierrez Engenharia, the second-biggest Brazilian heavy construction company, with operations in more than 40 countries. He worked on projects in over 10 Latin American countries, prospecting and pricing and negotiating contracts ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. His most recent position was engineering manager. Over the past two years, he lived in Lima, Peru, where he led Andrade Gutierrez’s Peruvian pricing team.
