Charles has over eight years of experience executing cross-border M&A, IPO, and technology transfer projects. Most recently, he worked three years in HNA Group, a large Chinese tourism conglomerate, where he led the acquisition and post-merger integration of the Radisson Hotel Group. Thereafter, he was transferred to senior director of corporate integration, where he contributed to the success of HNA’s divestiture from Radisson and Radisson’s post-merger integration under its new ownership. Prior to HNA, Charles worked in Beijing for ICR, a leading U.S. investor-relations firm, assisting Asian technology companies in crafting their investor messaging, executing U.S. IPOs, and complying with SEC requirements. Prior to ICR, Charles worked in Shanghai as a consultant assisting U.S. energy project developers and technology providers execute sourcing and market-entry projects in China, Korea, and Japan. Charles is a CFA charterholder.
