Darsh is experienced in leading transformation in retail banking across businesses, geographies, and functions. Working across Africa for the past eight years, he focused on introducing and embedding new solutions and ways of working, while leading and building local capability and teams. Darsh is passionate about radically changing the customer and user experiences through data and digital solutions in financial services. In his last role, he led collections strategy and solutions focusing on overindebted customers and driving themes such as financial inclusion. Outside of work, Darsh contributes to educational ventures.
