Elissa is passionate about working with customers to drive loyalty, revenue growth, and innovation. During her six years at Good Eggs, she built a world-class, international customer experience team and leveraged customer learnings to build acquisition programs that are responsible for 20% of year-over-year revenue growth. Prior to Good Eggs, she spent two years at Google with the people analytics and benefits teams where she ran a global health survey and made recommendations to improve health outcomes for employees around the world. Passionate about the power of food to bring people together and improve the environment, she helped start a farmers’ market in the Mission District of San Francisco.
