HaiHai’s professional expertise is in two major disciplines: management consulting and banking. She was most recently a managing director at Standard Chartered Bank, serving as both head of corporate finance, China, and head of project and export finance, Greater China. In her 15 years with the bank, HaiHai held diversified roles in London, Hong Kong, and China, including senior manager in human resources and group strategy, and head of public sector. Previously, at The Gallup Organization, her last position was senior research director; she was based in the U.S. and the U.K. and undertook research on organization change and people strategy. In addition to her professional achievements, HaiHai was a Psychology Department Research Fellow at Harvard and a Walt Disney World Showcase Fellow.
