Juan has 15-plus years of experience helping companies address strategic, financial, marketing, operational, and organizational issues. Most recently, he was the chief global strategist at Samsung, leading the in-house strategy advisory practice and its roughly 100 staffers. His role was to support Samsung companies’ globalization efforts and uncover growth engines. He provided advice and support to senior executives across areas such as electronics, financial services, and biopharmaceuticals. Before that, Juan was a principal at The Boston Consulting Group in Southeast Asia and China and a core member of the corporate development practice area. Earlier, he was a financial analyst at Salomon Smith Barney, working on the execution of mergers and acquisitions of up to $15 billion in deal value.
