Killian has spent his career focused on macro investing and hedge funds, on both the buy side and the sell side. His most recent position was at J.P. Morgan London in the currencies and emerging markets division, where he managed relationships with tier one global macro hedge funds; his specific focus was developing thematic investment strategies in G-10 and emerging-markets currency markets, and cross-asset derivative strategies for geopolitical and macroeconomic risk events. Killian previously was a global macro associate portfolio manager for hedge fund MKP Capital, responsible for cross-asset trading in EMEA and thematic opportunity assessment across all major asset classes. He has held roles at Morgan Stanley in cross-asset macro hedge fund sales and in mergers and acquisitions, and has held a senior position in a nonprofit political-engagement group in Ireland.
