Murilo has over 14 years of experience working for leading financial institutions in Brazil. He is currently a partner at ALPS Capital, an investment firm specializing in strategic and transformative fixed income and equity investments in Brazil. Murilo previously served as director of the fixed income and structuring division of Credit Suisse. Formerly, he acted as a senior derivative specialist at Banco Itaú BBA, where he managed a structured derivatives portfolio of over $1.2 billion. Murilo also worked for shorter stints at Santander, BNP Paribas, and Accenture, earlier in his career. A financial technology enthusiast, he aims to leverage his experience to undertake and invest in ventures that provide innovative technology-based financial services in Brazil.
