Nicoletta has worked in sports media for 12 years, spending the last five leading the Chargers’ digital and social media department. After founding the unit in 2012, she revamped the football team’s digital presence, accelerating online revenue and audience growth across Chargers.com, social media platforms, mobile applications, and TV productions. She also spearheaded content creation and executive-produced two broadcast TV shows, including the Emmy Award-winning “Chargers Insider.” Nicoletta played a significant role in developing the 2016 marketing communications plan supporting the relocation of the Chargers from San Diego to LA. She was also a member of the NFL’s Unified Media Committee, which assisted teams in consolidating broadcast, digital, and social media functions.
