Nir has 17 years of experience in business development, operations, finance, and fundraising. Most recently, he was the vice president of business development at an early-stage tech startup, where he devised the business plan and two-year financial projections, and negotiated deals with strategic partners. He was also a director of business development at Israel Electric, spearheading its flagship $1 billion broadband project and securing a $75 million investment. Previously, Nir was an officer in the Israeli Navy. He first served as deputy commander of a missile ship. After his promotion to lieutenant commander, he was responsible for six teams of 20 engineers, managed a $55 million budget, and promoted technological and operational infrastructure on command ships by developing new doctrines.
