Prathiba established and ran the cloud security function at Dropbox, a document hosting cloud company valued at $10 billion. She was part of the IT strategy function and held multiple roles at the company in the privacy and cyber security areas. Prior to Dropbox, she was senior manager/director at EY and established EY’s third-party risk management practice in the West for the financial services market segment. She is an industry thought leader in the vendor security/cybersecurity risk space and has advised global clients and spoken at industry panels on the $3.29 billion U.S. market segment. Prathiba has a global portfolio of work experiences, working in New York, London, Chennai, and San Francisco and has advised clients on regulatory considerations across three different continents.
