Ramzi led a branch of data analysts and data administrators who collect and analyze data to support educational policy formulation and review at the Singapore Education Ministry. He also worked on various policy portfolios, particularly initiatives to help low-progress learners and introduce greater flexibility to the education system, as well as communications and engagement projects. Ramzi has held various positions in the Singapore Civil Service throughout his career. These include working on volunteerism, philanthropy, and community relations issues in the former Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports; recycling and waste management policies and industry development in the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources; and land transport policies in the Ministry of Transport.
