He has a strong leadership background and more recently acted as a supply chain director, responsible for the company’s complex supply chain turnaround moving its operation from a direct store delivery (DSD) model to a centralized operation, driving benefits. Renato works at Ri-Happy Brinquedos, a PE Carlyle Group-invested company, in the toy business, and over the past 14 years has experienced leadership positions in the real estate, franchise, new business, import and merchandise departments.
