Veronica is a chartered business valuator, a chartered financial analyst, and a designated CPA in Canada, China, Hong Kong, and the U.K. She started her career at KPMG China, providing financial analysis, overseas investment valuation, and advisory services for Chinese state-owned enterprises. In 2010, Veronica relocated to Canada and worked for governments and institutional investors before starting Van Pacific in Vancouver. The company specializes in providing business valuation and other services to multinational companies in Canada, and executing cross-border investments and merger and acquisition transactions between China, Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Veronica has served as a board member and program chair of CFA Society Victoria and the Institute of Internal Auditors, Vancouver Island.
