Ting is an accounting expert and manager with extensive experience in audits, corporate finance, and initial public offerings. She most recently served as acting CFO at Jumei.com, the biggest e-commerce company in China for beauty products. Ting was the core person who drove the IPO project when Jumei was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2014. She led a team of 10 in developing a finance system that provided a solid foundation for the IPO audit, secured Jumei’s listing less than six months after the project kickoff, and guaranteed timely and accurate financial reporting afterward. Ting also built an efficient finance team to support Jumei’s expansion domestically and internationally. Previously, Ting served as reporting manager at Lenovo Group and senior associate at Ernst & Young.
