Victor is a software industry leader with a deep background in internet software product management and engineering. For the past decade, he has been working with global, data-centric businesses and technologies. He most recently was leading the development of data infrastructure at an early-stage wireless communications startup operating in South Asia. In his previous role, at Slice Technologies — which develops digital-commerce products — he built and led the data-partnerships business, which drove the company’s explosive growth in the United States and its expansion into Japan.
